When reconstructing three dilapidated rustic buildings (Studio, Casa, Stalla), we attached great importance to preserving authenticity with maximum functionality and individuality. We took great pleasure in the careful design and careful selection of building materials to create a very special vacation home for you. The magnificent three Rustica in the local style are located around 600 meters above sea level and offer a view of an untouched landscape, only the sky sets its limits. Areas densely overgrown with deciduous forest alternate with wide clearings where native wild animals such as deer and wild boar roam.
Our benchmark – Swiss quality
The floor tiles are made of fine porcelain stoneware, the windows of aluminum/wood, the ceiling of insulating lightweight concrete and the walls of 50 cm of visible natural stone (insulating plaster on the inside; rustic plaster on the outside). Original wooden constructions lend the rooms a playful lightness. In addition, all houses have internet and underfloor heating, which is fed from a central heating system. Another plus point is the solar system for water and electricity. The buildings are accessed via an asphalted municipal road, which does not, however, serve as a thoroughfare. Modern, separate parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity.
